Taj Hotels on Track to Open Two More Hotels in Dubai
31 August, 2018: The Taj group of hotels has announced progress in developing the next two hotel projects in the United Arab Emirates. The Taj Jumeirah Lake Towers Dubai and the Taj Exotica Resort & Spa located on The Palm are set for completion in the next 12 to 18 months.

Owned by Signature Zinc Holdings Ltd, the Taj Jumeirah Lake Towers will feature 200 luxury guest rooms and suites. Located in the vibrant neighbourhood area of Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, the stand-alone tower faces Sheikh Zayed Road and has a location that offers premium city views. The hotel is built on site area of 3681.81 m2 and extends from the ground floor to the 16th floor. The tower also features privately owned residences, though access and entrances are separate and exclusive to each other.
The hotel is modern and contemporary, combined with subtle design features that tie in with the rich heritage and culture of Taj. Food and beverage options include a French-bistro inspired all-day-dining restaurant, a Deli and two other restaurants which will operate from the 44th floor of the hotel.
Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, the Taj group’s third hotel in Dubai is owned by A. Al Moosa / Arenco Group and will feature 325 luxurious rooms and suites with sea facing / Palm views. The resort will also feature the first Jiva Grande Spa in the United Arab Emirates. Dining options will include an Italian restaurant, a gastropub, a signature Indian specialty restaurant, a rooftop bar and a beach bar. A ballroom and smaller meeting facilities will also be available.
