MUMBAI, JUNE 1, 2021: “You are what you eat” is a saying that probably finds resonance today like never before. Based on various consumer insights and feedback from Qmin users, the gourmet delivery platform from Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has introduced INNERgise, a new range of curated meals with focus on strengthening your immunity. The menu features fresh and home-grown ingredients packed with antioxidants and immunity boosting superfoods. These affordable menus are available across seven cities and eleven hotels.
Created in consultation with Arya Vaidya Sala - Kottakal; a century old institution renowned for its practice of ancient health care science of India, the food is prepared using simple cooking techniques like sautéing, steaming and grilling to ensure that the nutrient quotient of the ingredients remains intact. The well-balanced cuisine featuring healthy yet delicious dishes like Ragi Uttapams, Amchoori Kale Chane, Quinoa Methi Tikki to Gond Ke Ladoo and Rabdi aur Sabja, make for wholesome tasty meals.
INNERgise meals are priced at INR 1500 plus taxes for a three course meal, which serves two people, while a three-day subscription plan is a priced at INR 4000 plus taxes. It is currently available across Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Jaipur, Hyderabad, and Cochin and will soon be available in other cities.
