As part of the preliminary screening process, candidates are required to share a self-advocacy note, which can be in a document/ Presentation/Video format with a word limit of 1000 words / File Size up to 10 MB. It should highlight relevant qualifications, experiences, goals, aspirations and achievements and demonstrate why one would be a strong candidate/best-fit for the program
Is there an age cut-off for IHCL Leadership Accelerator Program?
There is no age limit for the application. Candidates are required to have a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 4 years of work experience
What is the salary being offered for the Program?
The Program offers competitive compensation package which is commensurate with the work experience and industry benchmarks.
What is the duration of the Program?
The IHCL Leadership Accelerator Program is a fast-track learning journey which over a period of up to 05 years and varied experiences prepares you to take on a General Manager role.
Will the growth be progressive, including horizontal and vertical growth?

Do I need to have a Hotel Management degree / diploma to apply for the Program?
The IHCL Leadership Accelerator Program is seeking candidates with a graduation in any stream followed by Master of Business Administration (MBA or equivalent)
What are the different phases of the program?
Across a period of up to 5 years, the program phases will include learning through:
