IHCL STRENGTHENS ITS PRESENCE IN GUJARAT WITH AN IHCL- SELEQTIONS HOTEL IN NADIAD

MUMBAI, AUGUST 06, 2024: Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, today announced the signing of a hotel in Nadiad, Gujarat. The hotel will be branded an IHCL- SeleQtions.

Ms. Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President - Real Estate & Development, IHCL said, “This signing fortifies IHCL’s presence in Gujarat. Nadiad has emerged as an industrial centre and its close proximity to key cities in the state makes it a convenient getaway, driving demand for quality hospitality services. We are delighted to collaborate with Mr. Ankur Desai for this project.”

Located on the Golden Quadrilateral road along the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway, the 108 key IHCL SeleQtions Nadiad-Ahmedabad, Gujarat will feature an all-day diner, a gym, a swimming pool and a spa. The hotel will offer 10,000+ sq. ft. banqueting space with meeting rooms, pre-function areas, and open lawns for weddings and large events.

Mr. Ankur Desai, said, “We are excited to partner with IHCL and introduce the SeleQtions brand to Nadiad. This hotel will be the perfect destination for travelers from nearby cities like Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Gandhinagar, Ekta Nagar and Anand.”

Nadiad, with the presence of manufacturing companies has evolved into a major industrial hub and is famouse for its ancient temples.

With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have 25 hotels in Gujarat including 6 under development.
