GINGER ACHIEVES A MILESTONE OF 100 OPERATING HOTELS
FIRST BRAND IN INDIA TO HAVE 100 HOTELS IN OPERATION

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, today announced that Ginger, its lean luxe brand in the mid-scale segment achieved a milestone of 100 operating hotels in India.
Ms. Deepika Rao, Executive Vice President - Select Service Business, IHCL, said, “Reaching the milestone of 100 operating Ginger hotels is a significant moment in the brand’s journey, towards achieving its Accelerate 2030 goals. As India’s economy continues to grow and infrastructure expands, the mid-scale hospitality segment is witnessing strong demand across established and emerging markets. Having pioneered this category in India, Ginger has evolved into a lean luxe offering that is aligned with the expectations of today’s travellers.”
Ginger has a portfolio of 250 hotels with 95 under development and 55 under brand migration (to be rebranded by 31st March 2027).

Reinforcing its presence at high-transit travel hubs, Ginger will soon open a 325 keys hotel at Bengaluru International Airport, 300 keys at Manohar International Airport, Goa, over 200 keys at Mumbai Terminal 2 and 200 keys at Kolkata Airport among others.
