In this role she oversees Sales and Marketing across all brands of the company. Her responsibilities include Sales, Marketing, Loyalty and Digital Marketing. A seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in Sales, Marketing and Publishing. She has been involved in leading several initiatives around sales, pricing, relationships, structure, customer centricity, people development and recruitment.
With strong relationships and execution skills she was featured in Impact’s 50 Most Influential Women from the advertising, media and marketing industry in India.
She represents IHCL as an Executive Committee Member on PATA and has held positions including Board Member - British Business Group, Chairperson of Tourism - Confederation of Indian Industry Western Region, Chairperson of the Tourism Committee - Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Renu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Bachelor of Law from the University of Mumbai and a Diploma in Marketing Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. She has also completed the Global Program for Management Development from University of Michigan Business School.
